Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ShukaHub you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About ShukaHub

ShukaHub is a private real-time messaging platform ("Service") that lets registered users send messages, share files and images, and communicate in groups. The Service is operated by the ShukaHub developer ("we", "us", "our").

To use ShukaHub you must register an account with a numeric ID and a password. You are responsible for:

You retain ownership of the content you send. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you and other users in your conversations.

We do not claim any rights to your messages or files beyond what is necessary to operate ShukaHub. We do not sell your content to third parties.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your data. It forms part of these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep ShukaHub running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice before any major change that affects user data.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and messages from our servers.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service is error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
